Before the event, SOEA reviews the proposed position, access route, doors, lifts, loading arrangements and ceiling clearance. Delivery, installation, sound check and bump out timing are coordinated with the venue or production team. Providing the venue name, function room, access information and guest-arrival schedule early allows practical issues to be identified before the event day.
