A custom show supported by our own production centre

Tailor Made Shows begins with the event objective rather than a fixed act list. We can combine suitable performers, choreography, costume, props, music and production into a new feature for a brand reveal, awards program, themed event, celebration or public audience.

SOEA’s own production centre gives the creative and delivery teams a practical place to train performers, rehearse combinations, develop costumes and test show elements before the event. That connection helps a custom idea become a coordinated performance rather than a collection of separately sourced parts.

Custom development depends on the brief, budget, lead time, performer availability and venue. Any new costume, prop, music, effect or technical element is scoped and approved before production begins.

One creative direction from first idea to event cue

A single team plans how the performers, music, costumes, props and technical moments fit together. We document the practical requirements, rehearse the confirmed format and coordinate the show with the event run sheet so the creative idea has a realistic delivery path.

Before the event

Brief, lead time and venue planning

We confirm the event objective, audience, performance space, access, floor, ceiling height, dressing and rehearsal facilities, sound, lighting, approvals, run-sheet timing and production budget. Bespoke creative work requires sufficient lead time for development, fittings, rehearsal and testing.
