The experience

A practical guest service turned into entertainment

LED Tray Dancers combine an illuminated wearable table with a host or dancer who can welcome, serve and interact with guests. The trays can hold suitable drinks, canapés, desserts, confectionery or promotional items supplied or coordinated with the venue.

Unlike a stage-focused LED act, this product is designed around guest flow. It works during arrival, cocktail service, a product launch or another roaming interval where the event needs both a useful service and a visual talking point.

Service and venue planning

We confirm access, floor surfaces, guest flow, tray loading, item supply, venue service requirements, dressing and storage space, service duration and lighting. Food, beverage and responsible-service arrangements are agreed with the client and venue before the event.
