The experience

Illuminated robot performers built for close interaction

LED Robots combine illuminated costume armour, performer interaction and selected screen content in a floor-level roaming format. The normal-pants configuration is designed for dancing, photos and movement through suitable event spaces while keeping the character close to guests.

For clients who need greater height and visibility across festivals, arenas or large entrances, LED Robot Stilt Walkers are available as a separate product.

Choose the colour, content and event moment

Choose the number of robots, colour direction, roaming route and whether selected screen or branded content is required. Pixel dancers, Disco Heads, CO₂, confetti or Sparkular effects can be coordinated as part of a wider LED moment.

For elevated visibility and a larger silhouette, use LED Robot Stilt Walkers.

Prepared through the SOEA Production Centre

Costumes, screens and movement checked before the robots enter the room

SOEA prepares and maintains its LED Robot costumes through the Sydney production centre. Suit fit, illuminated components, power, control connections and selected screen content are checked against the booked format before event-day pack-out.

Floor-level robot pants are prepared separately from the specialist stilt version.

How it works

A character guests can meet, photograph and dance with

The floor-level format gives the performer more freedom to move among guests, pose closely for photos and transition into dancing or a short choreographed feature. It is suited to arrivals, parties, brand events and sporting entertainment where direct interaction matters.

Before the event

Access, preparation and performance planning

We confirm access routes, floor condition, ceiling clearance, dressing and preparation space, charging, lighting level, music and the movement route before the event. Custom screen content requires approved artwork and programming lead time.
