The experience

A fast visual cue built around the exact event moment

CO₂ effects create a high-impact plume that can be timed to music, lighting, an announcement or live entertainment. Fixed jets can frame a stage or dance floor, while selected handheld formats can bring the effect closer to the action where the venue and operating plan allow.

Series of Events Australia coordinates the effect layout, equipment, cueing and on-site delivery around the room, audience and run sheet. The result is planned as part of the event rather than fired as an unrelated add-on.

Make it your own

Choose the layout and supporting production

The setup can use one focused effect position or multiple units across a stage, entrance or dance-floor edge. Cue count, firing duration and the balance between fixed and handheld formats are confirmed against the event plan.

Where appropriate, CO₂ can be coordinated with LED performers, dancers, stunt shows, confetti, Sparkular displays, lighting and music as one production sequence.

How it works

Designed for the reaction point in the run sheet

Use CO₂ to punctuate a grand entrance, awards reveal, performance finale, sporting time-out, headline arrival or the moment a dance floor opens. We first identify the audience sightline and cue, then recommend the equipment position and output that suit the room.

Before the event

Venue, ventilation and operating requirements

We confirm venue approval, room volume and ventilation, audience and performer clearances, cylinder placement, access, power where required, floor and stage layout, firing direction, cue control and pack-down timing. Final equipment and operation always depend on the site-specific production and safety plan.
